I was having occasional problems, but this supplement does exactly what's advertised and can work notably longer than advertised. Recommended if you want to try something not medicated.
I took it with half a litre (small bottle) of water and had no side effects at all.
The material is way too soft and the hole is so small, I'm not a well endowed guy but I really struggled to get into it and once in, the jelly-like texture is just sticks to your member rather than you being able to hump it. The clear gel sleeves work better for me.
Love these, feel good on and fit well, love the material and like the fact they ass less so no need to remove them for a spanking which is a bonus
