We offer delivery across the United Kingdom, with orders packaged discreetly. Free UK delivery is available on eligible orders over £30. Available methods, charges and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout before you pay.
How much does UK delivery cost?
Delivery charges depend on the service, parcel size and order eligibility. Rather than relying on outdated fixed-price tables, please use the current options shown during checkout. Free delivery on qualifying UK orders over £30 is applied when eligible.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery estimates depend on stock availability, order processing, the courier and your destination. Please refer to the estimate provided at checkout and your dispatch confirmation. Carrier delays can occasionally occur, so standard services should not be considered guaranteed.
Discreet packaging
We pack online orders to avoid revealing their contents. Courier labels will still contain the information required to deliver your parcel.
Click & Collect and store transfers
If you would rather collect, choose your preferred Scandals store at checkout. We can arrange transfers between our three Merseyside shops where stock is available and aim to make transferred orders ready within 24 hours, although times can vary. Local same-day and international options
Selected nearby customers may be able to use local same-day delivery, subject to postcode and availability. For delivery outside the UK, read our international delivery guide; not all destinations and products are eligible.
