How local same-day delivery works

Enter your delivery address during checkout. When your postcode is eligible, the Local Delivery option will appear alongside the available shipping methods.

Add at least £20 worth of products to your shopping basket.

Enter your full local delivery address during checkout.

Select Local Delivery

Choose Local Delivery rather than standard postal delivery.

Tell us your preference

Leave your preferred delivery time in the checkout notes and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Important: it is the customer's responsibility to select Local Delivery at checkout. Selecting standard delivery will not automatically arrange a same-day local delivery.

Delivery is generally available within approximately 3 miles of our Liverpool store and 5 miles of our Birkenhead store. Your eligibility will be confirmed when you enter your postcode at checkout.

Your privacy matters to us. Your local delivery order will arrive in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the products inside and no obvious reference to Scandals.

Arranging your own taxi or courier

Customers outside our standard delivery area may be able to arrange collection through a third-party service, such as a local taxi or Uber.

Please contact the store before arranging collection so we can confirm that your order is ready.

Once the parcel has been collected from our premises by a taxi, courier or delivery provider arranged by the customer, responsibility for the order passes to the customer and their chosen provider.

Scandals cannot accept responsibility for delays, loss or damage after the parcel has been collected by a third party arranged by the customer.

  • Orders must be placed before 3pm to qualify for same-day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 3pm may be delivered on the next available delivery day.
  • Same-day delivery is unavailable on Bank Holidays or on days when the dispatching store is closed.
  • Delivery is subject to driver, product and store availability.
  • Preferred delivery times are requests and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather or circumstances outside our control.
  • Someone must be available at the address to accept and sign for the delivery.
  • We reserve the right to suspend, amend or withdraw the service when necessary.
