Order Cancellation Policy

At Scandals, we understand that sometimes plans change.

We begin preparing and processing orders immediately after they are placed to ensure our customers receive their purchases as quickly as possible.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@scandals.love, quoting your order number.

Cancelling Before Dispatch

We'll always do our best to accommodate cancellation requests. If your order has not yet been dispatched and we are able to stop the fulfilment process, we'll happily cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

However, because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be accommodated, even if your order has only recently been placed.

Cancelling After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or intercept the shipment.

If you no longer wish to keep your order, you can request a return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
