Welcome to the Returns & Refunds page of Scandals, where we prioritize your satisfaction and guarantee a hassle-free experience. As a Scandals Account holder, you benefit from our exclusive perks, including free returns and a remarkable 1-year product guarantee.

If you're unsatisfied with a product you've purchased and it remains unopened, unused, or unworn with the packaging or tags intact, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return it for a full refund or an exchange. Returning a product is simple and straightforward – just fill out our returns form and follow the instructions you'll receive via email.

If you don't have a Scandals Account yet, no worries! Creating one is quick and easy, and it unlocks additional benefits, such as our generous 1-year product guarantee. Should you encounter any issues with a faulty product within a year of purchase, we'll gladly replace it for you.

But that's not all! Scandals Account holders also qualify for our exceptional Sex Toy Satisfaction Promise. If you're not completely delighted with a sex toy you've purchased from Scandals, simply let us know within 30 days of receiving it and we'll replace it with one we believe will better suit your needs.

It's important to note that the Sex Toy Satisfaction Promise applies to all sex toys that remain unused and in their original packaging. Please be aware that lingerie, lubricants, herbals, bondage items, gifts, and games are excluded from this promise.

To file a claim under the Sex Toy Satisfaction Guarantee, you must have a Scandals Account. If eligible, complete the Returns form and indicate "Sex Toy Satisfaction Guarantee Claim" as the reason for your return. Ensure that the unwanted product is returned within 30 days of receiving it.

Once we've received the returned item, we'll promptly send you a replacement of similar value at no charge. We'll be in touch to discuss which product is most likely to enhance your satisfaction. Please note that we're unable to refund the price difference if you choose a lower-priced item as a replacement, and replacements are limited at our discretion to ensure fairness.

In case you return a used product after 30 days of purchase without it being faulty, it will be disposed of without a refund or replacement.

If you don't have a Scandals Account and need to proceed with a return, our general policy allows returns within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Certain items such as knickers, briefs, gift cards, some health and personal items, DVDs, magazines, and opened products are exempt from being returned. For detailed information on return eligibility, please contact us via our refund and return form.

For refund processing, we'll notify you via email once we've received and inspected your returned item. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original method of payment within a specified timeline. If you have any concerns about the refund status, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

While regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges are primarily reserved for defective or damaged items, but we may consider other cases if the item remains unused and unopened. To request an exchange, please contact us using our returns form.

If the item you're returning was marked as a gift, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is processed, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to present to you later, we'll issue a refund to the gift giver.

When returning a product, please send it to the following address: 304 Derby Road, Liverpool, GB, L20 8LN. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, and these costs are non-refundable. However, if you receive a refund due to a faulty item, the return shipping cost will be reimbursed to you. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued above £50 to ensure their safe arrival. Please keep in mind that shipping times for exchanged products may vary, but rest assured, we'll keep you updated on their progress.

Finally, as a token of our appreciation, free batteries will be included with every battery-operated toy, whenever available.
