I was so excited when I found out about the new Scandals branch in Liverpool city centre, & couldn't have had a better, more considerate & comfortable experience. Staff are some of the most attentive I have met, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Planning to visit again very soon!

I love this shop a lot, Great, Friendly and caring staff who really want to make sure the customers are happy. I live in the area and asked for same day delivery which took roughly an hour from purchase.
The items i ordered were not very good but that is my own fault for not researching the item properly. I highly recommend this shop.

When entering the shop, I was greeted by a lovely lady who went out of her way to make me feel welcome and asked if there was anything in particular I was after and if I needed any advice about anything. The products in store were of high quality and was great to actually get a look and feel of them instead of looking on the Internet. I was assured that if there were any problems with anything, I could return the goods and have a replacement or money back guarantee, which I was pleased about as I'm sick of buying dodgy cheap and broken toys from a well known website. I will definitely be purchasing from scandals again and couldn't recommend them highly enough.
