Sex Toy Happiness Promise Terms and Conditions
The Sex Toy Happiness Promise applies to all sex toys that have not been used and are in original packaging. It excludes lingerie, lubricants, herbals, bondage items or gifts and games.
To make a claim under the Sex Toy Satisfaction Promise you must:
- have a Scandals account. You can create an account here.
- complete a Returns form to let us know you are returning a product - please note "Sex Toy Satisfaction Guarantee Claim" as the reason for the return.
- return the unwanted product within 30 days of receiving it.
We will send you a replacement product of similar value free of charge. We will contact you to discuss which product will be most likely to make you happy!
If you choose a lower priced item as a replacement, we are unable to refund the difference. We cannot send you a higher priced item with a payment for the difference.
We can only replace your sex toy with another sex toy, not with other items such as lubricants or lingerie.
The number of replacement products you may receive under the Sex Toy Satisfaction Promise is limited entirely at Scandals' discretion.
If you return a used product more than 30 days after purchase and it is not faulty, we will throw it away. You will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Knickers, Briefs, Gift Cards, Some health & personal items, DVDs, magazines and opened products cannot be returned. To find out more, please contact us via our refund & return form.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
While our policy is to only replace items if they are defective or damaged, we may exchange products in other cases provided the item is not used or open. If you need to exchange it contact us on our returns form.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we exchange an item we will not charge you an additional delivery cost. If you receive a refund due to a faulty item, the cost of your return shipping will be returned to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary but we will keep you updated.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Free batteries will be supplied with every battery operated toy, when available.
