Lingerie Size Guide size chart
How to take body measurements

How to measure

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level around your body.

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, usually the narrowest part of your torso.

Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom.

Keep the measuring tape comfortably close to the body without pulling it too tightly.

Fit advice

Lingerie fabrics often contain stretch, but the amount of stretch can vary between products. If your measurements fall between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size unless the individual product description advises otherwise.

One-size styles generally suit approximately UK sizes 8–12, with body measurements of 81–96 cm bust, 61–76 cm waist and 86–101 cm hips.

Always check the individual product description for style-specific sizing, cup guidance or additional fit information.
