Sex Toy Happiness Promise Terms and Conditions

The Sex Toy Happiness Promise applies to all sex toys that have not been used and are in original packaging. It excludes lingerie, lubricants, herbals, bondage items or gifts and games.

To make a claim under the Sex Toy Satisfaction Promise you must:

• have a Scandals account. You can create an account here.
• complete a Returns form to let us know you are returning a product - please note "Sex Toy Satisfaction Guarantee Claim" as the reason for the return.
• return the unwanted product within 30 days of receiving it.

We will send you a replacement product of similar value free of charge. We will contact you to discuss which product will be most likely to make you happy!

If you choose a lower priced item as a replacement, we are unable to refund the difference. We cannot send you a higher priced item with a payment for the difference.

We can only replace your sex toy with another sex toy, not with other items such as lubricants or lingerie.

The number of replacement products you may receive under the Sex Toy Satisfaction Promise is limited entirely at Scandals' discretion.

If you return a used product more than 30 days after purchase and it is not faulty, we will throw it away. You will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Knickers, Briefs, Gift Cards, Some health & personal items, DVDs, magazines and opened products cannot be returned. To find out more, please contact us via our refund & return form.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

While our policy is to only replace items if they are defective or damaged, we may exchange products in other cases provided the item is not used or open. If you need to exchange it contact us on our returns form.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 304 Derby Road Liverpool GB L20 8LN.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we exchange an item we will not charge you an additional delivery cost. If you receive a refund due to a faulty item, the cost of your return shipping will be returned to you. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary but we will keep you updated. 

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Free Batteries

Free batteries will be supplied with every battery operated toy, when available.

Why won't my discount work?

Your code: Have you entered the code correctly? Our codes are case sensitive, try copying and pasting the code into the Promo Code box just before checkout. 

Expiry Date: Please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid.

As we are a bricks and mortar store first and foremost, we know how to deal with people. Never treating you as an order number! Because of this when you buy from us you will be given a level of service, higher than any other online retailer.

What are my delivery costs & options?

United Kingdom Shipping

We have listened to you and have made our shipping rates even more simple! Every order goes out Signed For, so that you have complete peace of mind. In addition to this everything up to 2kg is a set price, meaning that you can keep adding to your cart with no worries about any scary delivery costs!

Additionally, we offer FREE Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class when you spend £60 or more.

International DHL Express 

We are proud to announce that we now offer international delivery with DHL Express. This means that no matter where you are, we have a delivery option to suit you

Select your shipping method at checkout, and you will be updated with regular tracking information, and a top class service!

Same Day Local Delivery

Simply follow the steps at checkout. Minimum order value of £25. £15 delivery fee. Order before 3pm for same day delivery. Please leave a note at checkout of when you would prefer us to deliver and we will aim for this time. Please note a signature is required when the item is delivered. To ensure your item is delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to select the Local Delivery Option at checkout when selecting the shipping method.

Free Click & Collect

Introducing Free Click & Collect. Our Click & Collect service allows you to order products online and pick your delivery up at either our Birkenhead or Liverpool stores.

Simply choose the Click & Collect delivery option that suits you when checking out.

When your order is ready for collection (up to 2 working days) a member of staff will notify you, so please provide a valid and working telephone number or email.
