🛍️ General Returns Policy
If you're unsatisfied with a product you've purchased and it remains unopened, unused, or unworn, with packaging or tags intact, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it for a full refund or exchange.
Returning a product is simple and straightforward – just fill out our Returns Form and follow the instructions you’ll receive via email.
💜 Sex Toy Satisfaction Promise (Scandals Account Holders Only)
Scandals Account holders qualify for our exceptional Sex Toy Satisfaction Promise.
If you're not completely delighted with a sex toy you've purchased from us, simply let us know within 14 days of receiving it, and we'll replace it with one we believe will better suit your needs.
Please note:

The Sex Toy Satisfaction Promise only applies to unused sex toys in their original packaging.

It excludes lingerie, lubricants, herbals, bondage items, gifts, and games.
To file a claim:

You must have a Scandals Account.

Complete the Returns Form and select "Sex Toy Satisfaction Guarantee Claim" as the reason for your return.

The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Once we’ve received the returned item, we’ll promptly send you a replacement of similar value at no charge. We’ll contact you to discuss which product may better meet your needs.
⚠️ Note: We're unable to refund the price difference if you choose a lower-priced item as a replacement. Replacements are limited at our discretion to ensure fairness.
If you return a used product after 14 days that is not faulty, it will be disposed of without a refund or replacement.
👤 Returns for Non-Account Holders
If you don’t have a Scandals Account and wish to return an item, our general policy allows returns within 14 days of purchase.
Eligibility requirements:

Item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:

Lingerie, knickers, briefs, stockings, briefs, boxers, thongs

Gift cards

Health and personal care items

DVDs and magazines

Opened products

💸 Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll notify you via email.
If approved, the refund will be credited to your original method of payment within a specified timeline.
Important Notes:

Only standard shipping charges are refundable. Any upgraded delivery fees (e.g. express, next-day) are non-refundable.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you ordered using PayPal, you will be entitled to a refund; however, the PayPal processing fee will not be refunded.

Cancelled orders may be subject to up to a 5% restocking charge.

🔁 Exchanges
Exchanges are primarily reserved for defective or damaged items. However, we may consider other cases if the item remains unused and unopened.
To request an exchange, please contact us using our Returns Form.
🎁 Gift Returns
If the item you're returning was marked as a gift:

You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to present to you later, we’ll issue a refund to the gift giver.

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for items over £50 to ensure their safe arrival.

If you placed a Click & Collect order:

You must collect it within 14 days.

Orders not collected within this time will qualify for a refund.
