Sales Assistant Duties:
We are seeking individuals with exceptional communication skills and confidence. An outgoing personality is crucial for establishing rapport with customers. Additionally, we value ambition and a desire to grow alongside our brand.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers upon their arrival at the shop. Sales assistants at Scandals are expected to provide guidance and address any inquiries, ranging from stock availability and special offers to pricing details. Comprehensive product knowledge is essential to offer informed assistance, and training will be provided.

Operating the cash register and handling customer transactions are primary tasks, encompassing both sales and refunds.

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation on the shop floor is imperative. This involves tidying up, restocking items, and ensuring attractive product displays, especially during sales or promotions.

Assisting in stock replenishment and managing deliveries when new products arrive.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries and providing excellent service.
Requirements:
While proficiency in basic Math and English is necessary, prior work experience is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
Additional Considerations:
Please be aware that this role often involves independent work. We are particularly interested in candidates who are self-disciplined and possess a friendly demeanour when engaging with customers. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred, as occasional travel between our three stores may be required.
