Aloe vera is one the most versatile natural ingredients:
It is edible, has medicinal properties, hydrates, and calms and soothes the skin. Ancient Ayurvedic texts even commend its blood-purifying and toxin-releasing actions.
This, given its extraordinary properties, it is one of the most sacred and curative plants on the planet. And even though there are more than 240 types of aloe only one of them - Aloe Vera Barbadenis - has the power to heal us.
Aloe vera is also known for its antibacterial and antifungal properties, turning it into the best ally as an intimate product like lubricant.

WATER (needs no introduction, our body is 60% made of it);
SORBITOL (a thickener and humectant) is found naturally in berries like blackberries, raspberries and strawberries, and other fruits such as apples, apricots, avocados, cherries, peaches and plums;
HYDROXYETHYLCELLULOSE (gelling and thickening agent) is one such compound that is 100% natural and vegan, derived from cellulose, which is one of the most common organic compounds that we know of. A third of all plant matter is considered to be cellulose, making it a ubiquitous part of our natural world;
SODIUM LACTATE (sodium lactate, together with lactic acid, regulates the pH value) is the natural salt derived from a natural fermentation product, lactic acid and considered to be a vegan ingredient. It is not derived from animal or animal by-product sources. Sodium lactate is most often made by the fermentation of a sugar, which can come from corn or beets, to produce lactic acid;
LACTIC ACID, ours is vegan, as it primarily occurs during the natural fermentation process of plants. Most added lactic acid is a product of beet sugar or corn starch fermentation. It is typically used as a preservative.
