If our items are not available immediately at our main location, orders placed may go out the following day, due to additional transfer times. Simply order your products online and choose the Click & Collect option during checkout. You can collect your order from either our Birkenhead, Bootle or Liverpool City store.
Once your order is ready for collection (within 2 working days, but often same-day), a member of our staff will notify you. Please ensure you provide a valid telephone number or email address.

Simply follow the steps during checkout. Minimum order value of £30 required, with a £0-14.99 delivery fee. Orders placed before 3 pm qualify for same-day delivery. Please specify your preferred delivery time during checkout, as we aim to accommodate your request. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to select the Local Delivery Option at checkout.
